Cycle of violence and apathy,
Opinion, Nov. 4
We owe Mia Farrow a debt of gratitude for reopening our eyes to the ongoing brutalities in Darfur. I am also thankful for groups like Ve’ahavta and Canadian Jewish Congress for their efforts on the Darfur front. It does not surprise me that Jewish organizations more than most have a visceral understanding of racism and its potentially ultimate conclusion, genocide.
